CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Service Commencement

Customers may cancel or reschedule before work begins with no penalties. We appreciate early notice.

After Service Commencement

Once any work has commenced, including but not limited to preparation, sanding, dismantling, or painting, the service shall be deemed in progress and no refund will be provided under any circumstances. All payments made shall be non-refundable after work commencement, regardless of the stage of completion.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed at any time without penalty. However, rescheduling may affect the estimated completion date.
