WARRANTY POLICY

Kai Fa Auto Spray Garage provides a three (3) month workmanship warranty for all spray-painting services.

Warranty Coverage The warranty covers defects caused by workmanship, including:
● Paint peeling or flaking
● Clear coat failure due to improper application
● Cracking, blistering, or adhesion issues
● Severe sanding marks or finishing defects
● Abnormal discoloration not caused by environmental exposure

Exclusions (Not Covered)
● Stone chips, scratches, dents, or accidents
● Bird droppings, tree sap, acid rain, tar, or chemical damage
● Damage caused by car washes or third-party polishing
● Washing within 14 days after job completion
● Polishing, waxing, or coating within 30 days
● Rust reappearing on previously corroded surfaces
● Minor imperfections on old or previously repaired panels

Warranty Limitations
● Warranty is non-transferable
● Covers workmanship only
● Liability is limited to repairing the affected area
● No refunds or compensation for downtime or rental vehicles

Customer Responsibilities To maintain warranty validity:
1. Do not wash the car for 14 days
2. Do not polish/wax/coat for 30 days
3. Report any issues promptly with photos/videos
4. Return to Kai Fa for all warranty and aftercare concerns

Warranty Claim Procedure
1. Submit photos/videos of the issue
2. Bring the vehicle for inspection
3. If approved, a repair date will be arranged
4. Repairs will follow queue order
