These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Kai Fa Auto Spray Garage.

Service Agreement
● All quotations are estimates based on visible conditions.
● Hidden rust, filler, or previous repairs may affect the final cost.
● Customers will be informed if additional work is required.

Vehicle Condition Before Service Customers must:
● Remove all personal belongings before handing over the vehicle
● Inform us of any existing damage or prior modifications Kai Fa Auto Spray Garage is not responsible for lost personal items left in the vehicle.

Completion Timeline
● Completion dates may vary due to curing time, weather, supply delays, or unforeseen factors.
● Any delays will be communicated to the customer.

Paintwork Expectations Customers acknowledge that:
● Older or previously repaired panels may have minor imperfections
● Color matching on aged paint may vary slightly
● Rusted panels may experience future rust return despite treatment

Warranty Conditions
●Full warranty terms and conditions are available in the Warranty Policy section.

Liability Kai Fa Auto Spray Garage is not liable for:
● Loss of income
● Rental vehicle costs
● Mechanical issues not related to spray work
● External impacts, accidents, or environmental damage after collection
Liability is strictly limited to correcting workmanship-related paint issues.

Payment Terms
● Full payment is required upon vehicle collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
● Payments made via Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) or instalment services shall strictly follow the terms and conditions of the respective financing partner.
● For any BNPL or instalment arrangements, full payment confirmation from the financing partner is required before any work commences.

Photography Consent
● Before/after photos and videos may be taken for documentation
● Marketing use will be based on customer permission
